we experienced performance and connectivity issues in our Fracttal application. This problem originated from issues with our Amazon RDS service on AWS.

Starting at 13:00 GMT, users reported slowness and intermittent failures when accessing the application. Our support team identified that the root cause of the problem was related to the Amazon RDS service, which was experiencing degraded performance and connectivity issues.
