On January 24 (UTC), intermittent slowdowns were observed in Fracttal One linked to an internal condition in the database. The impacted windows were 11:40–12:05, 16:00–16:45, 17:05–17:40, 18:00–18:45, and 20:15–20:30. During those intervals, some users may have experienced slower response times in certain operations. The team applied a preventive configuration adjustment to the database to restore stability and reduce the risk of recurrence. After the intervention, service performance returned to normal and enhanced monitoring remains in place to ensure continuity.
